To enquire about an appointment, you can fill out the enquiry form on the home page, send me an email or send me a text or Whatsapp.
After this initial contact, I will respond with my current availability and we can proceed to have a 10 minutes phone call where I take some general information from you. If we both believe it is right to proceed with a session, we set an initial appointment.
Lastly, I send you an email confirming this appointment and a therapy contract that is required to be signed before we meet. The contract gives information about duration of the session, costs, confidentiality and limits of confidentiality.
The first session is about getting to know each other and answering any questions you might have. Some things that I might ask about is have you previously attended therapy, your reasons for attending, any goals/expectations that you may have. However, as with all my sessions, if you are not comfortable in sharing some of this information, that is totally ok. My style is encouraging a pace that feels right for you.
In our first meeting, we generally contract for 6 sessions where at the sixth session, we do a review/check in to see how the sessions are for you.
Each person is on a different journey. Some people attend to have some improvements in their lives, others want to explore much more. It depends on individual needs of the person and what they hope to get out of sessions. I check in with my clients at the end of each session but I also do reviews to check in how you are finding the overall process.
Each session is 50 minutes
Individual session € 65
6 Individual sessions € 360, save €30
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 48 hours notice (i.e. 2 working days/exclude weekends) is required, or the full session fee is charged. If you give more than 48 hours notice, no fee is charged. To cancel our session, please text me.
